जीरकपुर की एक संस्था द्वारा एक लाख पेड़ लगाने का दावा किया गया, जिसमें डीसी मोहाली को भी अध्यक्ष के रूप में शामिल किया गया (फोटो प्रूफ)।
पुरे शहर में इसका प्रचार किया गया (शुरू में तो इसके लिए एक साल का टारगेट रखा गया था और पुरे डिस्ट्रिक्ट मोहाली में पेड़ लगाने का दावा किया गया (वीडियो प्रूफ़)
लेकिन कुछ ही दिन में असलियत सामने आने लगी। डेढ़ महीने में ही पूरे एक लाख पेड़ लगाने का दावा कर दिया गया और पौधरोपण मोहाली जिले की बजाय केवल जीरकपुर तक ही सीमित हो गया |
पेड़ लगाने में लगा कुल समय
· 1 जुलाई
2023 से इस अभियान की
शुरुआत एसबीपी साऊथ सिटी वीआईपी रोड जीरकपुर से की गयी

· हर रोज 3 घंटे और रविवार को 8 घंटे काम होता था (वीडियो प्रूफ)
· 9 जुलाई से 16 जुलाई के बीच पंजाब में बाढ़ आयी थी, इस दौरान पौधरोपण का काम बिल्कुल बंद रहा।
· 23 में
से बाढ़ के 7 दिन निकाल दो तो कुल

· हर
रोज तीन घंटे और 2 रविवार के आठ घंटे
मिला कर कुल 58
घंटे हुए

58 से भाग देने पर 431 आता है, यानि एक घंटे में कुल 431 पेड़ लगे ? इसको 60 (मिनट) से भाग देने
पर 7 आता है, इसका मतलब है कि एक
पेड़ लगाने में 7 सेकण्ड
का समय लगा वो भी बिना
मशीनों और एडवांस टूल
के, सिर्फ मेनुअल तरीके से
· इसके बाद 5 अगस्त यानि 12 दिन (41 घंटे ) बाद ही 50,000 पेड़ पूरे हो गए (फोटो प्रूफ) (इस बार तो पहले से भी ज्यादा स्पीड थी, इस बार एक घंटे में 609 पेड़ लगे )
और 14 अगस्त 2023 को पूरे 1 लाख पेड़ लगाने कि घोषणा कर दी गयी (जैसा इस पोस्ट में भी लिखा है)
पेड़ लगाने कि जगह पर सवाल
संस्था
का दावा है कि उन्होंने
पौधों कि मेंटेनेंस को
ध्यान में रखते हुए ज्यादातर पेड़ सोसाइटी के अंदर लगाए
हैं, जहाँ के लोग उनकी
देखभाल करेंगे। जीरकपुर में छोटी बड़ी मिला कर लगभग 300 सोसाइटियां
हैं, हर सोसाइटी में
औसतन 50 पेड़ लगाने कि जगह भी
मुश्किल से खाली होगी,
इस हिसाब से तो सिर्फ
15000 पेड़ ही हुए, बाकि
के 85000 पेड़ कहाँ लगाए और उनकी देखभाल
किसके जिम्मे है ?
पौधों कि उपलब्धता पर सवाल
· एक
लाख पेड़ फारेस्ट डिपार्टमेंट से आये तो
उसका कोई प्रूफ होगा और क्या डिपार्टमेंट
ने इसकी मॉनिटरिंग कि है ?
· अगर
संस्था ने प्राइवेट नर्सरी ख़रीदे हैं
तो उसका कुल कितना खर्चा आया और उस पैसे
का सोर्स क्या है ?
· इतने
पौधों को ट्रांसपोर्ट और
स्टोर करने कि क्या व्यवस्था
कि गयी थी और उसका
खर्चा कितना आया ?
सवाल
ये है कि अगर
जीरकपुर में सच में एक
लाख पेड़ लगे होते तो शहर कि
हवा ही बदल जाती,
लेकिन यहाँ तो पूरा का
पूरा घोटाला सामने है, और इसमें कौन
कौन शामिल है, ये भी देखना
होगा |
पिछले साल किसी ने इस पर सवाल नहीं उठाया तो इस बार फिर से एक लाख पेड़ लगाने कि तैयारी है, और साथ ही पक्षियों के लिए एक लाख घोंसले लगाने का अभियान भी शुरू हुआ है, जैसा घोंसला लगाने का दवा किया जा रहा है (फोटो प्रूफ)
उसकी कीमत अमेजन पर 229 रुपये है, एक लाख घोंसले के लिए 2 करोड़ उनतीस लाख का खर्चा होगा, लेबर और ट्रांसपोर्ट इसके आलावा है।

sapling was planted in about 7 seconds, without the use of machinery or
advanced tools, purely manually.

Milestones:
- By August 5, 2023
(12 days later), the total reached 50,000 saplings (photo proof), indicating an
increased planting speed.
- On August 15,
2023, the organization announced the completion of planting 1 lakh saplings.
This implies the last 50,000 saplings were planted in just 10 days, at a rate
of approximately 23 saplings per second.
Concerns about
Planting Locations
The organization claims that most saplings were planted
within housing societies to ensure maintenance by residents. Zirakpur has about
300 housing societies. Assuming each society could accommodate an average of 50
saplings, only 15,000 saplings could be accounted for within these societies.
This raises questions about the remaining 85,000 saplings:
- Location: Where were these saplings planted?
- Maintenance: Who is responsible for their care?

Sapling Availability
